Tim and George were recommended by our real-estate agent and they worked diligently finding thing I never would have thought of as well as the things I'd already noticed and they prepared a report with everything noted and pictures to match. I was able to select everything I wanted addressed by the builder. The builder was even happy to have a clear punch-list to finish the condo! George and Tim were knowledgeable and spent time showing us everything and answering questions. They used cool technology items to recognize the issues and a laptop to show us what they found followed by a report online. They were professional but also approachable and even humorous.

Following our accepted offer on a home we are interested in, our real estate agent had recommended Tim. We scheduled an appointment for the same week, Friday 10am. We showed up an hour after so they could get associated with the home and we could still get filled in at the home regarding issues/recommendations.

Tim and George were very informative and quick to get the home inspection report back to us. The report is very thorough and provided a summarized section of requirements, recommendations and other findings. They also informed us that another 2 follow up sessions are included to ensure the requested fixes are done correctly.

The home is 1,450 sq ft with a pool, we found the inspection to be more than reasonably priced. We highly recommend using this team for inspections!
